Can Painful Menstruation Cause Infertility? What Are The Causes And Cure

Usually and in every woman of reproductive age, the womb undergoes cyclical changes. The cells lining the internal cavity of the uterus are removed with some blood through the vagina. This process is known as MENSTRUATION. It is a common occurrence to see young girls between the ages of 12 - 15 years to have experienced this natural phenomenon for the first time.

Monthly periods as it is usually called can be painful or without pains. Again it is possible for the monthly periods to be painless for few months after menachre (the very first bleeding) and later in the years become painful. This is because, very commonly monthly periods just preceding menachre are usually are usually without accompanying ovulation and thus painless. 
Summarily, monthly periods without accompanying ovulation are usually painless. But on the other hand, all painless monthly menstrual periods cannot be said to be without accompanying ovulation (Anovular cycles) 
Painful periods are therefore not a mystic supernatural affliction but a natural phenomenon 

What are the classes of painful menstruation 
Painful menstruation can be divided into two :
1. Painful periods due to an underlying disease 
2. Painful period without any underlying disease 

The later is known as primary Dysmenorrhea (dismenoria). Primary in the sense that the cause is unknown to medical experts.
